Chris politely declined Linda’s kindness.
“Since Jessica and I are already divorced, I can handle the rest myself, as long as she doesn’t intervene.”
If Jessica hadn’t tampered with his passport, he would have already been in Desland.
“I know you’re upset, but Jessica is just like that, she doesn’t listen to anyone. Is there anything else I can do to make it up to you?”
