When the doctor saw Julian, he was momentarily surprised.

“Mr. Hayes, what brings you here?”
Julian didn’t waste time. “When Aurora’s family shows up, just tell them the truth about her condition.
“Also, say that it’s nothing serious. She hasn’t woken up because she’s too exhausted, that’s all. There’s no other cause. Make sure they don’t even think about transferring her.”
“Why’s that?”
The director didn’t quite understand what Julian was getting at.
Reporting the facts was fine.
