Her heart skipped a beat, and Lana blinked rapidly to keep back the tears in as she quickly ran down the last few steps of the private jet, and ran into the night, towards her dad.
“Careful, princess. Do not run Samuel said, his voice laced with panic, and concern as Lana ran swiftly into his outstretched hands.
Samuel crushed his daughter to his chest, as she sobbed quietly into his shoulder.
“There now, it’s okay. You’re with Daddy,” Samuel said, caressing her hair gently, as her whole body racked with the intensity of the son’s emanating from her. “Dad. I’m so sorry! I miss you so much!” Lana sobbed, her tears soaking into the satin shirt which Samuel wore.
Listening to his daughter crying into his shoulder, Sammel could barely restrain his anger.
Someone had definitely hurt his princess. Lana was not one to breakdown easily and cry. It was even hard to get a tear out of her when her mother, Mei, died. she had prieved quietly on her own
But now, here she was sobbing in his arms, as fragile as a flower
Samuel swore inwardly to find whoever did this to his precious daughter, and make them pay. Even if she refused to tell him, he’d investigate himself
However, to the onlookers, it was such a touching moment that the bodyguards, and Diego were feeling a bit self–conscious, touched by the tather–daughter affection.
Only Paul remained, stating at them with an impassive face like always.
Finally, Lana managed to compose herself, and she stepped back to let her father see her fully for the first time in three years.

“C.diairman. Fernandez, he started as he shuddered, but Samuel’s deep voice stopped him again.
“It’s okay, young man. If you are Lana’s friend, you are a friend of the Femandez Empire!” He gave Diego a hearty smile, and Diego quickly bowed again, before Samuel turned to Fail and told him “Make sure he’s well taken care off.”
Paul nodded as as he turned to go into the limo
limousine, Samuel held him back, and whispered fiercely, in his ear
*One more thing. Find out who made my little princess cry!” His voice was calm, but still dripped with venom. “I want to know everything as soon as possible!”
