Chapter80
Adelaide had a change of heart towards him again, sneering,
“Don’t assume everyone is as shameless as you.”
“It was you who betrayed me first!” Garrett’s voice almost squeezed out from between his teeth.
Adelaide felt like her already dead heart was being torn apart again, all the blood drained, but still hurting. She clenched her fist and slowly said, “Garrett, I can find out more about you and Amanda, before and after the marriage certificate. You
wouldn’t want me to investigate, would you?”
Garrett clearly took a deep breath.
Adelaide stared at the white wall and continued, “But I dare you
to check if there’s anything scandalous between me and
Reginald.“”
Facing her honesty, Garrett panicked again, “Adele, I was
wrong.”
“Don’t get it wrong.” Adelaide said in a low voice, “Garrett, it’s better to part ways amicably, don’t push it until we completely
tear each other apart. It’s not good for you.”
After saying that, she hung up the phone and never wanted to

hear him go crazy again.
At the same time, she briefly let Spencer out of the doghouse
and quickly sent him a message. “Spencer, don’t be so disgusting.
You went to great lengths to make me divorce Garrett, and now
you’re making him bother me. Is it fun for you?”
After posting, continue to put it back in the little black room.
Adelaide was not affected by this, she just kept working. She
had no idea that Spencer had received his message and
immediately came to Orvenix Group after not being able to
reach her by phone.
But because he didn’t have an appointment, he couldn’t see
Adelaide.
He left with a black face, but left his own people outside to keep
watch.
His behavior, Reginald was crystal clear.
Nathan asked, “Mr. Thorton, do we need to take care of it? If we don’t, Ms. Pierce might get caught driving back to the Sterling
Estates after work.”
Reginald sighed, “I bet she was taken away before she even finished walking down this street.”
“What?”

“Tell her that the company shuttle is staying late tonight for a dinner party, and I want her to come with me.”
“Okay.“”
As Adelaide was about to leave work, she found out she had dinner plans with Reginald that night. She automatically assumed it was another meeting with a new client for a new
design project.
As soon as she saw Cherry Manor again, she knew for sure that her guess was right.
She saw Arianna’s parents from far away and was immediately
surprised.
Just the next second, a tall and thin figure rushed into her arms, wrapping his arms around her waist, “Ms. Pierce.“”
It was Arianna.
Adelaide looked down, hands holding her face, she’s gotten.
thinner, her face used to be round and chubby just a year ago.
Feeling sorry for her, she exclaimed, “Ari has grown taller and
even more beautiful.”
Arianna had a rare smile on her face, “Ms. Pierce, I miss you so
much.”
“I am too.”
Adelaide talked to her in a lovely way, and fourteen–year–old Arianna smiled, showing her white teeth, just as bright as she
should be at her age.
Arianna’s parents just watched quietly, too scared to disturb.
After being away from their daughter for so long, this was the first time they saw her willing to smile and talk so much.
“Sit down first,” Reginald reminded her softly.
Adelaide came to her senses, nodded, took Arianna’s hand and walked over, nodding, “Mr. Cohen, Mrs. Cohen, long time no
see.”
Lucille Cohen smiled and said, “Long time no see, Ms. Pierce. You’re still looking beautiful.”
