Reginald’s smile deepened at the corner of his lips, “The last

you can also treat me as a dictator.”
Adelaide chose to keep quiet because she knew he could walk
the talk.

“Yeah, I chickened out.”
Seeing how quickly she backed down, Reginald swallowed the

“Why didn’t you bring him?”

girl, so he was her first man to bring here.

you bring me here to eat?”
“Because you would eat steamed fish, spicy chicken feet, and
stir–fried beef tripe.”
She explained with a straight face, and Reginald couldn’t tell if
she was joking.
