“I spoke with the doctor. He said Aurora’s current condition is due to being trapped in her own consciousness.
“To wake up, it’ll take some time. In the meantime, it might help to talk to her more.”
Lucas‘ eyes narrowed slightly. Something didn’t add up.
“Wasn’t it just gastroenteritis? What does that have to do with being trapped in her own mind?”
