Secing Megan so enthusiastic, Aurora couldn’t bring herself to rese.

Seeing Aurora’s confused look, Megan knew she definitely hadn’t said anything.
She sighed. “If you don’t tell her, then how are you going to deal with Julian?
“No matter what, he’s still your future brother–in–law in name. He was at least engaged to Tessa.”
That thought did make Aurora hesitate.

Aurora looked a bit surprised by Megan’s words.
“Wow, now you’re actually thinking this far ahead?”

Megan scoffed. “No way. Don’t you dare try to slack off. I don’t care. You have to stay by my side!”
Aurora nodded quickly. “Yes, yes, don’t worry about that.”
The two of them shared a light and cheerful moment.
