“Yes, Madam.”
After giving the instructions, Arnold quietly glanced at Grace.
Why hadn’t he realized before that Grace actually cared about Aurora?
She had never shown it before.
Grace noticed Arnold’s gaze and couldn’t help but say, “What? Do I have something on my face? Why are you staring at me like that?”
At that, Arnold quickly waved his hands in panic..
“No, no, Madam. I just feel like… this is the first time I’ve seen this side of you.”

“Go ahead,” Grace replied, showing no sign of anger.
In her mind, Arnold was practically a senior staff of the household, and he had worked here for many years.
Even if he overstepped a little, she didn’t mind.
As long as it was something useful, she could accept it.
“To be honest, I always thought you didn’t like Miss Aurora”
Grace’s expression froze at those words, and she unconsciously clenched her hands.
“She’s my daughter. Why wouldn’t I like her?”
“Madam, it’s always seemed like you care more about Miss Tessa. Even Miss Aurora can see that.

As he went on, Arnold noticed Grace’s expression growing darker and darker.

Even the way they silently digested emotions was the same.
