She lunged straight at Leon, her jaws clamping onto his chest, right where the cursed insignia had been etched, and tore the flesh clean off with a sickening rip.

So, he didn’t know whether to feel relief or fear, relief that Addison seemed to have broken free from the curse, or fear that her silence meant she was slipping. That perhaps she was losing control… letting her wolf and raw emotions take over completely.
